Talia is a deity of absolute order. Her touch is felt in the delicately manicured hunting grounds of palaces, in the axe of the executioner, and the most zealous of guards and militia. An opponent of even the smallest infraction of the law, Talia has been known to appear in front of those who tread upon private lands, or pick fruit from a neighbor’s tree. However, her most serious concern is tracking down and executing escaped prisoners, as well as punishing the apathy of the guards who let them escape. Talia often keeps the company of Inevitables, who shares her drive for unerring punishment.
The 7 Commandments of the Book of Talia
1:1 Thou shalt not turn thy bow upon an innocent, lest you be stricken by the blight of chaos.
1:2 Thou shalt not turn thy bow upon the wicked for the sole sake of their wickedness
1:3 Thou shalt punish any infraction of the word of law, lest chaos spill unto the land like a plague.
1:4 Thou shalt obey the law of the land, however corrupt, for there is no evil greater than chaos.
1:5 Thou shalt deal with those who escape their punishment with a final death, swift and painful, that you may rid their chaos from the land.
1:6 Thou shalt punish harshly those who allow the flight of brigands from their cells, for their apathy is the cog upon which lawlessness turns, upon which chaos breeds eternal.
1:7 Thou shalt be ever vigilant in duty and in creed. Let no small chaos escape your sight, be watchful, be wary, never stray from the chance to punish chaos is all of its numerous forms.
