The Curio Seeker is a wanderer and a scholar. He spends his days hunting down knowledge, seeking answers to whatever questions strike his fancy.
Curio Expertise (Su)
The curio seeker spends his life searching for interesting and magical artifacts to toy with. He gains the ability to cast spells as an occultist of his level. He gains a single implement and implement school at 1st level, and an additional implement and implement school at 4th level and every 3 levels thereafter. These implements grant the ability to cast spells as an occultist of his level, but do not grant him resonant powers or focus power.
This replaces alchemy
Curiosity (Su)
The curio seeker’s insatiable curiosity leads him to a wealth of unconventional knowledge. He gains a luck bonus equal to 1/2 his level on Knowledge skill checks.
This replaces trapfinding
Killed the Cat (Su)
At 3rd level, when the curio seeker delivers a killing blow, he regains a point of inspiration.
This replaces trap sense
Satisfaction (Ex)
At 11th level, when the curio seeker rolls a natural 6 on an inspiration die added to a Knowledge skill check made to identify an enemy, he gains a +6 luck bonus on his next damage roll against that creature. If this curio seeker has the Amazing Inspiration talent, this ability activates when he rolls a natural 8, and he gains a +8 luck bonus instead.
This replaces the investigator talent gained at 11th level
Brought it Back (Su)
At 20th level, when the curio seeker dies he is resurrected, as true resurrection, 3 days later in a random location within 1 mile of where he was slain. The curio seeker cannot be resurrected in this way more than once every 1d4 weeks.
This replaces true inspiration
