While many bards use their performance to inspire emotions in their allies and enemies, some bards use their commanding presence to simply demand the outcomes they desire, whether they require excellence from their allies or obedience from their enemies.
Air of Command (Ex)
The regal soul is a masterful orator. He gains a bonus on Diplomacy and Intimidate checks equal to 1/2 his level (minimum +1).

Bardic Performance
The regal soul gains the following types of bardic performance at the listed levels
Demand Excellence (Su): A regal soul can use his performance to inspire his allies to excellence. When the regal soul begins or maintains this performance, he makes a Perform (Oratory) check. When one of the regal soul’s allies makes an attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or ability check with a total of less than the result of this check, that ally gains a +2 competence bonus on the triggering roll. Allies must be able to hear the regal soul to be affected by this ability. At 5th level, and every six bard levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +2, to a maximum of +10 at 17th level. This is a mind-affecting effect that requires audible and visual components.
This replaces inspire courage
Strategic Order (Su): A regal soul of 6th level or higher can use use his performance to grant a teamwork feat he qualifies for to his allies. Allies retain the use of this feat for as long as he maintains this performance. The regal soul’s allies must meet the prerequisites of this feat in order to gain the feat's benefits. If an ally does not meet the feat's prerequisites, they are still considered to possess the feat for the purposes of allies who do meet the prerequisites. This performance requires audible and visual components.
This replaces suggestion
Word of Command (Sp): A regal soul may of 8th level or higher may use his performance to command an enemy to do his bidding. This functions as dominate person, though it only lasts as long as the bard continues his performance. The subject receives a Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 the bard’s level + the bard’s Cha modifier) each round to negate this effect in addition to any additional saving throws provided by the spell. Once a creature has succeeded on a saving throw to resist this effect, it cannot be subject to it again for 24 hours. This performance requires audible and visual components.
This replaces dirge of doom
Coordination Master (Ex)
At 18th level, when the regal soul grants his allies a teamwork feat with his strategic order bardic performance, his allies do not need to meet the prerequisites of that feat in order to gain its effects . The regal soul must still meet the prerequisites of the chosen feat.
This replaces mass suggestion
Imperious Command
At 20th level, when the regal soul uses his word of command bardic performance, it functions as dominate monster instead of dominate person and his target does not receive a new saving throw each round to resist the effect.
This replace deadly performance
