Bloodline Arcana
Your power is one of liminality, and you fit between the spaces of the world that others cannot fathom. You may exclude yourself from the area of any spell with a duration of instantaneous that you cast.
Set Boundary (Su): You may spend a standard action to fill one or more 5-foot squares with a shimmering boundary. At least one square of a boundary must be adjacent to you when you create it and each square must share a border with another square. Boundaries you create remain for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier. You may create up to 10 feet of boundaries per sorcerer level each day. The boundaries give off a slight glimmer, providing cover but not concealment, and blocking movement and line of effect but not line of sight. Each 5-foot square of a boundary has an amount of hardness and hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
Manipulate Edges: At 3rd level, you can extend the borders behind which you take cover. Whenever you would gain partial cover, cover, or total cover, the level of cover you gain is increased by one step. Partial cover becomes cover, cover becomes total cover, and total cover becomes improved cover.
Gatemaker (Su): At 9th level, you can manipulate the liminal energy of your heritage, projecting gates into solid walls. You may move up to 10 other willing creatures through up to 10 feet of touched, solid material, emerging on the other side. You may use this ability a number of times per day equal to your Charisma modifier. You may spend multiple uses of this ability in succession to move through thicker material.
Boundaryless (Su): At 15th level, you are unaffected by difficult terrain and automatically succeed on all saving throws made to halve damage from spells that are activated by movement, such as moving through the area of a wall of fire or an entangle spell. This does ability does not protect against saving throws you do not incur from movement, such the saving throw given when entangle is first cast.
Stable Gates: At 20th level, your liminal nature is made manifest. You gain gate as an additional spell known and may cast gate once per day without spending a spell slot. Additionally, when you cast gate to allow for planar travel, that spell gains a duration of concentration + 1 minute per level, instead of concentration.
