Evicianna is a dread amalgam of evil outsiders in the vague form of a celestial creature, constructed by an unknown maker. Violent and vicious, she works to redeem herself through open war with evil. Though Evicianna is evil aligned, she is sometimes worshipped by good creatures for her destructive powers and willingness to use torture, murder and other less than savory techniques against evil creatures.
