The citizens of Oduma are adept at using the materials available in the sparse landscape of their city to create brilliant fireworks. These fireworks are often used as weapons. Those trained in their use can strike precisely, blinding and burning their foes.
Piercing Flames (Ex)
The flame fencer is able to use flame fountain fireworks prodigiously. At 3rd level, she adds her Dexterity modifier on damage rolls with flame fountain fireworks she wields. Creatures who are immune to precision damage are immune to this additional damage.
This replaces the finesse training advancement at 3rd level
Prodigy of Fire (Ex)
At 3rd level, the flame fencer gains a +1 insight bonus on Craft (Alchemy) checks. This bonus increases by +1 at 6th level and every 3 levels thereafter. Additionally, the flame fencer can craft flame fountain fireworks using materials gathered from 1 hour of searching in a natural setting, instead of paying for their raw materials. Only the flame fencer can use flame fountain fireworks crafted this way.
This replaces danger sense
Debilitating Injury
The flame fencer gains access to the following debilitating injury, but does not gain access to the disoriented debilitating injury:
Fireblind (Ex): The target becomes fireblind; each of its attacks suffer a 10% miss chance. In addition, the target treats the rogue as though she has concealment. At 10th level, the target treats the rogue as though she has total concealment. At 16th level, the target treats creatures other than the rogue as though they had concealment. These conditions and miss chances do not stack. The flame fencer may only inflict this debilitating injury with a flame fountain firework.
Flame Fountain Eruption (Ex)
At 11th level, the flame fencer may light a flame fountain firework as a full-round action. If she does so, she may make an attack with her firework against each any number of creatures within 10 feet. The flame fountain fencer may use this ability once per day at 11th level and an additional time per day at 19th level
This replaces the finesse training advancements at 11th and 19th levels
