The graft specialist uses her telekinetic abilities to move muscles and blood. She can displace her own musculature to enhance her brain, knit the wounds of her allies, and tear the flesh of her enemies.
Myologic Pool
A graft specialist uses her Constitution score and modifier in place of her Charisma and Wisdom score and modifier for all discipline abilities, including the ability score which is added to her phrenic pool.
Burn (Ex)
A graft specialist can accept burn as a kineticist, using her psychic level in place of her kineticist level. Additionally, a graft specialist’s burn comes from removing musculature from certain parts of the body and moving it to their brain. Armor interferes with the flow of muscle tissue, and as such a graft specialist cannot accept burn if she is wearing armor. This functions in all other ways the kineticist ability.
Muscular Displacement (Su)
A graft specialist can displace musculature from her body and move it to her brain. Doing so is a swift action that gives the graft specialist one point of burn and restores two points to her phrenic pool. Points restored in this way may exceed the limit on her phrenic pool. This ability restores an additional point at 5th level and every 5 levels thereafter (maximum 5 points at 20th level).
Telekinetic Graft (Su)
Beginning at 3rd level, the graft specialist learns to use her telekinetic grafts to heal wounds or inflict harm. She may expend one point from her phrenic pool to heal or harm a touched creature. This ability either heals or deals 1d6 points of damage per 3 psychic levels. Using this ability is a standard action (unless the psychic targets herself, in which case it's a swift action). This ability does not affect the undead or creatures without visible musculature.
This replaces the phrenic amplification gained at 3rd level
Graft Specialization (Su)
At 7th level, graft specialist focuses her telekinetic grafting, learning to create specific crafts with different effects. If she is good, she gains a mercy, as the mercy class feature of a paladin of her level -3, and may apply her mercy when she heals with her telekinetic graft. If she is evil, she gains a cruelty, as the cruelty class feature of an antipaladin of her level -3, and may apply her cruelties when she deals damage with her telekinetic graft. If she is neutral she chooses to gain mercies or cruelties at 7th level. This choice cannot be changed. The graft specialist gains an additional mercy or cruelty at 15th level,
