The Shah of Censers is a spiritual leader of the kuurite who channels divine magic by burning alchemical ingredients in a censer. These hospitable desert dwellers teach this discipline to outsiders as gift or repayment provided for great service to the tribe.
From Sacred Sands (Su)
The shah of censers practices magic by burning potent alchemical compounds of desert sands, cactus oils, and animal fats. A shah of censers casts divine spells drawn from the spiritualist spell list. He can cast any spell he knows without preparing it ahead of time. To learn or cast a spell, a shah of censers must have an Intelligence score equal to at least 10 + the spell’s level. The saving throw DC against a shah of censers’s spell is 10 + the spell’s level + the shah of censers’s Intelligence modifier.
Like other spellcasters, a shah of censers can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. He knows the same number of spells and receives the same number of spells slots per day as a spiritualist of his alchemist level, and knows and uses 0-level orisons as an inquisitor. In addition, he receives bonus spells per day if he has a high Intelligence score.
At 5th level and every 3 levels thereafter, a shah of censers can choose to learn a new spell in place of one he already knows, using the same rules as an inquisitor.
In effect, the shah of censers loses the old spell in exchange for the new one. The new spell’s level must be the same as that of the spell being exchanged, and it must be at least 1 level lower than the highest-level spell the shah of censers can cast.
A shah of censers need not prepare his spells in advance. He can cast any spell he knows at any time, assuming he has not yet used up his allotment of spells per day for the spell’s level.
All of the shah of censer’s spells require him to present a censer as an additional focus component. All of the shah’s spells are carried on the sacred incense of his censer. Creatures who gain a bonus on saving throws against gaseous spells, or are immune to them, gain their bonuses and immunity against all of the shah of censer’s spells.

As The Desert Numbs You (Su)
At 3rd level, the shah of censers may direct his censer at a creature within 30 feet as a swift action. That creature takes a -2 penalty on Will saving throws. This penalty persists for a number of rounds equal to his alchemist level. This penalty does not stack with a witch’s evil eye hex, a mesmerist’s hypnotic stare, or similar effects.

The Sand Viper Strikes (Ex)
At 6th level, the shah of censers may spend 1 round to imbue the sacred sands of his censer with a dose of contact or inhaled poison. When he targets a creature with smoke from his censer with a spell or class feature, he may have the smoke delivers the dose of poison. If the spell or class feature targets multiple creatures, the shah of censors chooses which creature to target when the spell is cast.

As Pure as Burning Sands (Su)
At 16th level, the shah of censers may sacrifice a spell slot as a standard action to release a cloud of purifying smoke from his censer. Allies within 30 feet of him are cured of one the following conditions. The conditions that can be cured depend on the level of the sacrificed spell slot. Each creature can be cured of a different condition but no creature can be cured of more than one condition.
1st or higher: Fatigued, sickened, or shaken.
3rd or higher: Dazed, diseased, staggered, or poisoned
5th or higher: Confused, exhausted, nauseated, frightened, or stunned.

Like Furious a Standstorm (Su)
At 18th level, while an enemy is under an effect delivered by smoke from the shah's censer, that creature must make concentration checks to cast spells (DC 15 + spell level + the Shah's Int modifier).
