Craft Rumor (Ex)
At 1st level, the crass rumorsmith can create a harmful rumor. Doing so requires a Perform (comedy) check made over 8 hours. The rumor persists for a number of days equal to the result of the checks. Each morning the target of the rumor takes a -1 penalty to their Charisma score, which remains until the rumor expires. This penalty is cumulative and cannot reduce the target’s Charisma below 1. A successful Will saving throw (DC = 10 + Cha mod + Perform (comedy) rank) made by the target each day resets the penalty inflicted by the rumor to -1. A crass rumorsmith may only have a single rumor active at a time. The crass rumorsmith may only use this ability against a creature within the same settlement. If the target leaves the settlement, the rumor ends.

Bardic Performance
The crass rumorsmith gains the following bardic performance:
Inspire Discontent (Ex): A crass rumorsmith of 3rd level or higher can use his off-color jokes to inspire discontent or outrage within his audience. To be affected, an enemy must be able to hear him perform and be within 30 feet. Each enemy within range receives a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 the bard’s level + the bard’s Cha modifier) to negate the effect. If the save succeeds, the creature is immune to this ability for 24 hours. If the save fails, the target becomes sickened by the uncomfortable content. for as long as the bard continues his performance. This replaces inspire competence.
Potent Rumors (Ex)
The crass rumorsmith increases the Charisma penalty imposed by his rumors each day by -1 at 5th level and every 6 levels thereafter (maximum -4 penalty at 17th level). Additionally, crass rumorsmith's rumors can reduce an ability score to a minimum of 0.
This replaces lore master
Versatile Rumors (Su)
At 12th level, when the crass rumorsmith creates a rumor, he may choose to have the rumor impart an Intelligence or Wisdom penalty instead of a Charisma penalty.
