The snow speaker is an invaluable member of any Frost Hawk expedition team, communing with the landscape, removing obstacles, and animating the very tundra itself to aid their team.
Tundra’s Teachings (Ex)
A snow speaker must choose water as her primary element and water as her first and second expanded element. She must choose cold as her first simple blast and water as her second simple blast. The snow speaker treats her water and ice blasts as energy blasts instead of physical blasts.
This modifies element and expanded element
Frost Crasher (Su)
A snow speaker conjures frost and snow around her target, emulating the frigid tundra. Ice and cold blasts the snow speaker uses do not require attack rolls but the target of these blasts are allowed a Reflex saving throw to negate the damage (DC 10 + 1/2 the snow speaker’s level + his Constitution modifier). Kinetic blasts with form infusions which replace their attack rolls do not require this saving throw and kinetic blasts with infusions that require saving throws use their listed saving throw instead.
This ability modifies kinetic blast
Soul Snow (Su)
At 2nd level, the snow speaker can accept one point of burn as a free action in order to embody the saga of a Frost Hawk Legend whose saga she knows for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 her level (minimum 1). The snow speaker learns the saga of one Frost Hawk Legend at 2nd level and an additional legend at 10th and 18th levels.
This replaces the utility talents gained at 2nd, 10th, and 18th levels
Snow Shape (Su)
At 6th level, the snow speaker gains Ice Sculptor as a utility wild talent, except that it is a 3rd level talent instead of a 4th level talent.
This modifies the utility wild talent gained at 6th level
Tundra Speaker (Su)
At 12th level, the snow speaker gains the ability to speak with ice and snow. This functions as stone tell, except that the snow speaker can only commune with ice and now. A specific patch of ice and snow is only aware of its immediate vicinity, and has a memory no longer than 1 day per kineticist level.
This replaces the utility talent gained at 12th level
Frostburn (Su)
At 20th level, the snow speaker’s frost crasher class feature no longer allows a saving throw to negate its damage, though infusions applied to the snow speaker’s blasts may still require a saving throw.
This replaces omnikinesis
