Samsarans in Almira are born from the souls of dead gods or those souls who were once deific. Some samsarans learn to call forth the aspects of these departed deities, regaining small shards of their ancient power. A deific vessel must be samsaran.
Proficiencies
The deific vessel is proficient with his deity’s favored weapon.

Avatar (Su)
Rather than summoning an otherworldly being, the deific vessel draws out a piece of the deity resting within his soul. If the deific vessel’s eidolon would be killed, instead of being sent to another plane, it is forcefully returned to him, dealing him 1d4 points of damage per hit die it possesses. Unlike the normal runes the appear on a summoner and an eidolon, he and his eidolon are branded with the holy symbol of the god bound to the summoner. This counts as a divine focus for the purpose of casting divine spells.
Additionally, the deific vessel’s magic flows to him from his deity. He uses his Wisdom in place of his Charisma when determining the effects of his class features, and he casts his spells as divine spells, instead of arcane spells.
This ability modifies, but otherwise functions as, eidolon and spells
Life Link (Su)
Because of the powerful magic binding the deity to the deific vessel’s soul, his eidolon cannot move more than 30 feet from him. If the two are separated by more than 30 feet, the Summoner’s ediolon is flung back into him, and they both take 1d4 damage per 5 feet traveled. This distance cannot be increased. The deific vessel’s eidolon can share his space and takes no penalties for doing so.
This modifies life link
Aspect (Su)
The nearness of the deific vessel’s soul to his deity causes him to take on its likeness. The deific vessel gains the aspect ability at 1st level. In addition, at 3rd level, and every 2 levels after, the deific vessel can divert an additional evolution point.
This replaces summon monster
Synergistic Avatar (Ex)
At 4th level, whenever the deific vessel shares the same square as his eidolon, they both gain a +2 damage on attack and damage rolls, and they gain partial concealment. This bonus does not apply if the eidolon or summoner is grappled, helpless, paralyzed, stunned, or unconscious.
This replaces shield ally
Divine Providence
At 6th level, the deific vessel allows his deity to guide him in his quests. He may cast augury once per day as a spell-like ability. At 8th level, this ability has a 99% effectiveness.
This replaces maker’s call and transposition
Greater Synergistic Avatar
At 12th level, the bonuses from the deific vessel’s synergistic avatar class feature increase to +4 and he and his eidolon gain concealment instead of partial concealment when they share the same space.
This replaces greater shield ally
Deific Aspect (Su)
At 18th level, when the deific vessel diverts evolution points from his eidolon to himself, his eidolon only loses 1 point per two points the summoner diverts.
This replaces greater aspect
Heraldic Ascension
At 20th level, the deity bound to the deific vessel is fully realized and grants him great power in return. He becomes a herald of the divinity he carried, gaining the outsider type with the native subtype in addition to his other types and subtypes. He gains DR 15/- and fast healing 5. If he would be killed, he is reincarnated 3 days later in the exact spot where he was slain.
This replaces twin eidolon
