The great armies of the Order of the Sword often recruit Storm Saviors, devotees of the god Delnach. These powerful rangers are able to shoot storm arrows which disrupt the attacks of creatures who threaten their charges.
Storm Worship
A storm savior must worship Delnach, Sultan of the Storm, and must have an alignment within one step of Neutral Good. If he grossly violates the tenets of his diety, or his alignment is no longer within one step of Neutral good, he loses all ranger class features until he atones.
Storm Arrow (Su)
A storm savior is the guardian of the weak, the protector of the huddled masses. At the beginning of each day, the storm savior gains a number of storm arrows equal to 1/2 his level + his Wisdom modifier (minimum 1). Unused arrows vanish at the end of the day. When an ally within the storm savior’s first range increment is the target of an attack with a weapon, as long as the storm savior is wielding a bow, he may loose a storm arrow against the attacker as an immediate action. He makes an attack roll with his wielded bow. If his roll is greater than the attacker’s attack roll, the attack misses.

This modifies combat style
Bonded Bow
At 4th level, the storm savior gains a longbow as an arcane bonded object, using his ranger level -3 in place of his wizard level. Arrows fired from this longbow gain the lightning-forged weapon enchantment.
This replaces hunter’s bond
Light of Salvation (Su)
At 11th level, when the storm savior successfully causes an attack to miss with his Storm Arrow class feature, the provoking target is blinded for one round.
This replaces quarry
Stormblind (Ex)
Beginning at 19th level, when the storm savior makes a full attack against a single creature with his bonded longbow, he may spend a swift action to blind his target for a number of rounds equal to the number of attack which successfully deal electricity damage to his target.
This replaces improved quarry
Eternal Light
At 20th level, enemies blinded by the storm savior’s Light of Salvation class feature are blinded for a number of rounds equal to his Wisdom modifier (minimum 2). A successful Fortitude saving throw reduces this to one round (DC = 10 + 1/2 the storm savior’s level + the storm savior’s Wisdom modifier).
