There are some who attract luck to themselves as hummingbirds to nectar. This sweet serendipity allows these individuals to strike the most tender parts of their opponent and to step aside at the most opportune times.
Gift of Talent
The Lucky Bastard draws his power from his force of personality and innate talent, rather than training and discipline. He uses his Charisma score and modifier in place of his Wisdom score and modifier for all class features
Sneak Attack (Ex)
The Lucky Bastard always ends up striking the most opportune spot. He gains the ability to deal sneak attack damage, as the rogue ability. This damage is 1d6 points at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 at 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, to a maximum of 6d6 at 20th level. If he gets a sneak attack bonus from another source, the bonuses on damage stack.
This replaces stunning fist
Uncanny Dodge (Ex)
At 2nd level, the Lucky Bastard has an uncanny knack for getting out of the way of danger. He gains uncanny dodge as a barbarian of his level.
This replaces evasion
Habitual Luck (Su)
At 5th level, the Lucky Bastard’s innate luck helps him avoid potential dangers. He may spend a ki point as an immediate action when he would be struck by an attack in order to cause that attack to deal minimum damage. The use of this ability must be declared after the attack roll is resolved but before the damage roll is made.
This replaces purity of body
Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex)
At 9th level, the lucky bastard gains improved uncanny dodge as a barbarian of his level.
This replaces improved evasion
Lucky Steps (Su)
At 19th level, the lucky bastard is nearly impossible to hit because of his blind luck. He adds his Charisma bonus to his AC three times, instead of once, with his AC bonus class feature.
This replaces flawless mind and modifies AC bonus
