An ancient god, wise beyond measure, Rakma is the god and chief judge of the city of Oduma. Unlike other gods, Rakma is able to intervene in the affairs of mortals without threat to his divinity. Deep in eternal meditation, Rakma judges the quarrels of his followers with wisdom and grace.
Though he is wise, Rakma is also cruel and selfish. He imposes harsh penalties on those who worship other gods. Rakman inquisitors, clerics, paladins, and warpriests are often as egotistical as their god, refusing to help those in need unless they pledge themselves to The Shepherd Judge.
Rakma’s followers wear hollow obsidian cases around their necks with the word of Rakma’s Rapture written within, in order to fulfill the god’s commandment “Forsake naught my words, keep them by your heart, lest ye forget the coming rapture.” Rakma’s followers believe that he will bring about a great cataclysm, pulling the soul essence of his followers from the souls of unbelievers, tearing apart the souls and bodies of all living things have not been eternally faithful to him.
Rakma’s Rapture
And so it shall come to pass, in the end of the end, when the final lava floe has closed. I shall take ye, oh faithful and good of heart, and reform your souls unto the earth, and allow you to pass sweetly back to the land which bore you.
But, oh faithless, ye deceivers, ye who have turned wholly from the light, your souls shall remain cast unto the Catacombs. Within that dark and land below, you shall remain, lest ye follow these commandments:

But, oh faithless, ye deceivers, ye who have turned wholly from the light, your souls shall remain cast unto the Catacombs. Within that dark and land below, you shall remain, lest ye follow these commandments:
- Follow no heathen gods, for they are deceivers who will turn you from the light.
- Forsake naught my words, keep them by your heart, lest ye forget the coming rapture.
- Fight the agents of evil where you find them. Break the chains of the enslaved and the swords of the slavers, that the yoked thrall may find his way unto to me.
- Break not the judgments I have passed, for I will be among you always, and in your wisdom you have sought out my teachings, as lambs before the shepherd.
- I am power and permanence, I will be your final salvation. Put me before the all others, god or lover or ruler on high, lest your soul be destroyed when rapture comes.
