Element Summary
The Unformed Plane of the Wind is opposed in both position and temperament to the

Planes

Primal Plane of Wind, Sky Beyond the Sky, Limbo, Weave of Fate

Dragons

Unlike the Unformed Plane of Wind, the Elemental Plane of Air contains nothing but

1st - The Unformed Plane of Wind
The Unformed Plane of the Wind is opposed in both position and temperament to the Unformed Plane of the Storm. While this plane has no horizon, movement through the plane is possibly by simply stepping on the winds which form pathways in the air. Birds, insects, and other flying creatures make their homes on the invisible platforms created within the Unformed Plane of Wind.

2nd - The Elemental Plane of Air
Unlike the Unformed Plane of Wind, the Elemental Plane of Air contains nothing but still, calm air. Like all elemental planes, the Elemental Plane of Air has no horizon, it is simply a plane filled with air. A single wingbeat in one area of this elemental plane becomes gale force wind as it continues along the plane’s infinite length.

3rd - Limbo, the Plane of the Lost
All thoughts which will never be formed, all creatures which will never be born, all objects which will never be created, all exist in flux within Limbo, the Plane of the Lost. Suspended and moved between air currents, these unformed and distorted forms of reality blink into and out of existence as reality itself changes. Within this plane, the Great Old Ones slumber, imprisoned by their own inexplicable in-existence.

4th - The Weave of Fate
All things are written within the Weave of Fate, an immense, occult tapestry the flutters in an occult wind. When a creature is born, a thread representing that  creature’s fate is woven into this working. The thread coincides with each other creature, object, and idea in existence, showing the path the creature’s life has taken and will take. This outer plane takes the place of the Akashic Record, and spells and abilities which tap into the Akashic Record allow you to see and interpret the Weave of Fate instead.
